Theater Rental Information

Our theater is available for rent when not in use by our production company. As shown by the pictures on our web page we have an inviting, intimate, well equipped space. It is especially suited for smaller plays, readings, recitals, concerts, and comedy shows. It is also available as rehearsal space. Detailed technical information is shown below. Rental rates are very reasonable and designed to enable you to produce a financially successful show.

 

Technical Information

Seating Capacity: 35 in nicely padded, fabric covered chairs.

Stage: 7.5' by 15', fully operable theater curtain. Curtain operates from behind stage for minimal stage crew.

Full complement of stage lighting. 18 PAR cans, 4 Source Fours, plus overhead halogen lights all controllable from an NSI light board.

Full, professional sound system. Carvin powered mixer, Mackie mixer, stage plugs, mics, CD, tape, keyboards, etc. available.

Comfortable backstage and dressing area.

Candy store operates during shows as concession area.

Ample on street parking for guests.
